This is a social ride at a steady pace (10-12mph) with the emphasis as much on the cafe and company as it is on the cycling. We are a friendly mixed group, often with more female than male members. There are regular stops to regroup and no one gets left behind. Cafe stop by the river in Knaresborough but you may want snacks for earlier.
