Women’s session on the outdoor track. A chance to do as many circuits as you want with like minded ladies and no potholes. No need to book, just turn up and pay (£4.50) but remember your British cycling membership card to get the £1 discount (£3.50). The sign up here is just to let others know you are going and encourage ladies who may not have been before.
