After a couple of weeks disrupted by roadworks, the Triangle finally got going again with a warm set of laps at the Brownlee circuit
It was good to see some new riders and guests join many of the regulars.
Fastest on the night was former race team member and now current Women's World Tour pro Robyn Clay, covering the twisty rolling 10 miles in 22:37. She was followed by recent national road bike TT champion and club member Olivia French, recording a time of 23:27. Both are racing the national championship events next week, and the club wishes them much success.
Fastest man on the night was Matt Asquith, just 3s behind Olivia in 23:30. It was also enough to give him fastest time in the handicap competition.
Next week should see an event on the namesake course starting in Arthington from 7:45pm. If anyone wishes to ride, please add yourself to the rides app. We also need marshals for the upcoming events. If you are available for any of the slots listed on this page , please get in touch and help.
Well done all
