A rather dramatic drop in temperature meant fewer high-profile guests, but a strong broad field of club members in the 2nd round of the Triangle TT series. Eleven members once again took on the 10miles of the Red Wall.
Fastest on the night was Sam Ward in 20:57, and fastest woman was Helen Goldthorpe in 26:22. Taking almost 2mins off his first week performance, Matt Asquith achieved maximum points in the handicap competition. Well done all
In a slight change to the original schedule, next week's event will take place on the Brownlee Circuit. Entries will be via the rides-app on the Otley CC website, closing at 5pm on Wednesday 14th May, to give me time to set the startsheet. Batches of riders will set off from 7pm until 8pm. If anyone has a preference for an early or late slot, please get in touch and we will try to accomodate.
