The next Otley Cycle Club Committee Meeting will be held on Wednesday 30 September 2026 at the OCC Club House starting at 19:30.
A draft agenda will be sent out by email along with other papers a couple of weeks before the meeting.
If you want to add something to the agenda for the committee to consider then please let me know as soon as possible.
The main areas for discussion and decision will include:
- The Activities for the 100th Year anniversary of the Club - January 2027
- The 2025 - 2026 AGM - probably November 2026
- Committee and Volunteer roles for 2026 - 2027
All Otley Cycle Club members are invited to attend and contribute to the discussion and direction of the club. Only Committee Members may vote on issues.
